  Custom residential low-voltage installation in Pacific Palisades featuring structured cabling, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi deployment, surveillance systems, and smart home integration. Designed and installed with attention to clean infrastructure, reliability, and future scalability. 

The network infrastructure includes MDF and IDF build outs, a fiber backbone build out, and cable certifying, all essential components for a successful residential project and an effective surveillance system.

 This project showcases a full low-voltage installation completed by Solution It Now Inc. for a modern residential property. Our scope included structured cabling, Wi-Fi network design, security system integration, Shade and light, and smart home infrastructure. 

The residential project features multiple home theaters, cameras, and a comprehensive surveillance system, all integrated into a robust network infrastructure that includes audio zones and intercom, seamlessly connecting to the Savant system.

Serviced the existing 110V screen motors. Replaced the screen with a brand new one from Stewart Company, and serviced shutters. and connected all the motors with different technologies to Somfy and Savant systems

The surveillance system installed in the exterior common areas of this 4-unit apartment property enhances overall safety and security. All cables run through EMT conduit or through the crawl space, connecting the recorder with a 5G cellular modem for remote camera access.

Over 40 Ubiqiui cameras. The project includes an Enterprise recorder with a RAID system, AL activation, and two PTZ cameras.

Despite the challenges of having no existing cable pathways, we designed and implemented a reliable WiFI  network infrastructure to ensure clear and consistent monitoring of all tower cameras.
